Dinner with Ieuan Wyn Jones and Elfyn Llwyd MP

We are holding a series of dinners with leaders of the main political parties in Cardiff and their counterparts in Westminster to explore the relationship between Cardiff and Westminster in this changing devolved world.  The first, earlier this year, was with Nick Bourne AM, Leader of the Opposition and Cheryl Gillan MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Wales.

The second is with Deputy First Minister and Minister for the Economy and Transport, Ieuan Wyn Jones and Elfyn Llwyd Plaid Cymru MP for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy on October 15^th.

The dinner will be held at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD(www.lansdowneclub.com) 18.30 for 19.00.  The format for the evening is drinks in the bar at 18.30 followed by dinner at 19.00.  After dinner Robert John, Chair of Wales in London, will introduce Ieuan and Elfyn who will speak for approximately 20 minutes.  This will be followed by questions and answers with the formal part of the evening finishing at 22.00.
