Dinner with Shane Williams and Lee Byrne

Shane Williams, IRB International Player of the Year in 2008/2009 and Welsh Sports Personality of the Year in 2008 and Lee Byrne encapsulate all we dream of in Welsh players - creative; thrilling to watch and, above all, committed Welshmen…….  Both have had tremendous success over the past few seasons culminating in their inclusion in the recent British and Irish Lions squad for South Africa.  Both had challenges on the tour; Lee sadly had to return early with an injury but not before he had shown, once again, his huge talent.  Shane provided  us with moments of magic in the final match amply justifying his status as one of rugby’s best finishers.

We are delighted that they will join us to discuss their experiences on tour and perhaps reflect on the coming season.
